Special Grillage

Diagonal sea-fastening is required to control defection during sea transportation. However GMODIS’ researchers have developed a special grillage system that allows removal of sea-fastening required for ocean transportation, reducing shipping lead time, and increasing the number of modules that can be transported per shipment.

GMODIS’ special grillage system can effectively reduce the overall planned schedule and significantly mitigate logistics costs.

No Reinforcement Solution

We have developed a unique software which can automatically convert STADD 3D structural modelling to SACS keeping the original design integrity.

Conventional module engineering requires around 20% of steel reinforcement. However, GMODIS has developed an advanced structural solution that ensures the reliability and consistency of module engineering design without steel reinforcement, resulting in significant cost savings and making it even cheaper that stick-built design.
